Someone should pin this. I found it last night and it took me like 10 min to find it again today.

I bought my copy of the manual from Jim several years ago. He was the first person on HQ I talked to and I still have and use that copy regularly plus it's been liberally shared with others in need.
Posting it on-line is very cool and a big help to everybody.
