Hey guys, I race MX in Canada and ofcourse have the LTR450 and the fast one (white). I have the full yoshi exhaust with spark arrestor still in it but am thinking about removing it but just wondering if you guys with the yoshi are removing the spark arrestor or what your take is on that. I also have the pro flow K&N filter kit and the cherry bomb and have been looking into the PIM but was just looking for some feedback on the PIM and what you guys thik of it and if you feel it's worth the money or not. If I were to get the PIM I was not sure if I would have to get the FIMAK or if it would self adjust enough on it's own to not run to lean or to rich. I read some reports on how guys have been running really lean with exhaust, cherry bomb and PIM so just looking for info guys and I know you guys are the one's to hit up with any questions or anything.

If you run the Yoshi RS5 without the sparky and just the C/B you will be fine, maybe on the edge of lean, look for the Air/Fuel graph posted for proof. If you run the PIM, you can sell or throw away your C/B, you wont need it because it takes its plug in spot, I sold mine old C/B to a kid at the track for $30. I have run the RS5 with and without the sparky installed along with the PIM and couldnt believe how good it runs BOTH ways. I prefer to run completely open, but it still has great power with the RS5-PIM-Sparky combo if you are looking to keep the decibles down or dont want to burn down the forest. I would hold off on the FIMAK, I think you will end up burning more money after you goof up the Yoshi programmed fuel curves and have to dyno it to get it perfect. I have seen guys on riding trips that have C-Dales spending every available minute messing with their A/F mixture maps while everyone else is having a beer or actually out riding! Save your money and buy some good porn, you will be better off than buying the FIMAK for now.
