Nope, it jumps too good to make me crash, and the suspension is smoother through whoops when you mess up.

my step dad wrecked it at dumont.

he was going up the back side of comp and there was a 20 ft bowl

and he launched off it and slammed up against it when it came back up.

he broke the bars with his chest.

if he was on his old 400 he would be dead.

Thank the Lord I havent wrecked mine so far, but my buddy put it on the grab bar and didnt know to hit the brake and rode it for about 15 yards before he figured out to hit the brake. Watching him made my stomach churn. I felt sick. It ground it down pretty good, and he offered to buy me a new AC. Maybe I should let him break my shocks so he can get me Elkas?? lol

wow did i ever go for a ride last thursday at glyndon, mn i over shoot a 60ft table top and flew off on the landing my quad went flying one way and i went another i rolled for ever it felt like and i could see my quad fliping through the air and i could hear it bouncing off the gound i thought it would a been totaled out and i thought i would be in a body cast

conclusion,
i stood up right away i was not even scratched then for the quad...well the news wasnt good but i thought it woulda been alot worse
bent my steering stem to the tank(bent back my self and it is now perfectly striat, i used my stock axle from my 400ex and a pipe to bend it back it worked great and i did it all my self no help usualy i get 3 or 4 guys prying on steering stems but that axle and pipe gave me enough leverage
second my renthal bars broke into several peices owell bars are easy to replace and i have a spare set
third i found out the next day was i tweeked the axle a bit but nothing major i will replace it when more after market axle are available

the frame was strait and crackless the subframe and fenders are strait as hell still cant believe it and i am not even that soar i think my gaurding angle was riding with me when i hit that jump

i am going to post video of my riding before my crash(sorry not pics or videos of the crash or wrecked bike, had to hurry to fix it for a race that weekend that got rained out)

I was jsut wondering if any1 has wrecked there ltr
[/b]
On April 29 I was at a practice, the day before what would have been my first race on the LTR-450, and there was a wreck on the back side of a table-top. No one flagged or stopped practice, and I came flying over the jump, landed on top of a 450R, broke his axle, bent my a-arms, bent my frame, broke my sub-frame, and taco'd my wheel.

As for me, here 5 weeks later I'm still sitting in a recliner with both bones in my lower left leg broken.

Wrecked mine to...had to get new bars and a new stem. Cased a 80 or 90 foot table top and it bucked me off and flipped sideways and rolled about 5 or 6 times.

When i had my yamaha i never crashed. Then when i switched to the Suzuki it was all over. I have knocked my self out cold once. Trashed 2 stems. (One stock and one JB Racing). Bent a stabalizer. Over shot a 110 foot and launched the ltr into the first 3 rows of the bleachers down at flying dutchmen in district six. Over shot plenty of berms because the brakes always fade when they get really hot. I think thats about it. But im alot faster on this then i was on my yamaha. I in first place in B class for points in my local district. I love it.

i've crashed mine twice so far.once come into a turn on a really rutted turn and a gooey rut decided to engulf my lower a-arm and send me flipping.bent the stem like a mofo and slammed me to the ground luckily it was soft.

second time coming through a sweeper 4th pinned when the rear end let loose(stock tires and harpack dont mix)and when she hooked up it was over.she really went flipping that time taking my front bumper outta commisin.cost me a visor a banged up arm and hip andwhen hurting wrist but the quad for the most part is survivng well
