Wierd Find While Washing My Ltr Today...

So yeah today after riding my LTR I washed it down like usual. Anyways I was just about done washing it and was getting some packed mud out from under the case. I happened to notice that on the right side of the case towards the bottom on the casting. That it looked like Suzuki had a spot for a sight glass for oil just there with the letters F and L to the left side of the spot. I just thought it was weird they put it there but didn't put it in.
