Why Was My Topic Moved?

Why was my topic moved? Where is the new link? Just because Cernics is a site sponsor doesn't mean I can't post my feelings and opinions on this board!




Ok let me clear the up everything. I have NEVER spoken to Kyle. He probably is a great guy. This has nothing to do with him. I am upset that it took me having to call them for 3 days in a row speaking with 2 people who said they would call me back and never did! When I would call them they didn't even remember who I was or what I wanted. THen when I persisted and hounded them then they decided to check into my situation. It took them 10 minutes to find me in the system. I was angry at both of their attitudes like I was bothering them and how dare I call them. Then once my order was found they were like well when Kyle gets back he will ship it to you. I am sorry but the public DOESN'T have to wait for Kyle. There are WAY too many companies out there for me to have wait 2 weeks for Kyle. If you run a business then that comes FIRST!!!!!!!!!!! Everyone deserves a vacation and I think it is AWESOME that he races also, but when he leaves the business shouldn't shut down. He needs to hand it over to someone else during the race season so things will get done in a timely fashion or at least update someone on the current orders so people don't have to wait 2 weeks for a product to ship when it is sitting right there in the warehouse!


I am angry at their PERCIEVED INDIFFERENCE. It was like I was bothering them. I am also angry at the fact that they offered no solution. How hard would it have been for them to say WOW I can't believe this happened, for this mistake we will give you 15% off your next order and we will ship this to you right now 2nd day air at no charge. If they would have done that I would have never thought twice about it, because we are human and we make mistakes everyday!!!!

If Kyle makes it right then I will commend him for that but until then I have a BAD taste in my mouth for Cernics Racing!

I purchased the graphics kit from them 2 weeks ago and have not recieved anything from them since. I called them 3 days ago to get an answer as to where my product was. I was bounced around for three days with no resolution offered. I was told on 2 different occasions that someone would call me back and they never did. I had to always call them back. Well I said enough is enough and cancelled my order and now I can't even get a refund because Kyle is out racing and according to them he is the only one who can give me a refund.....BS! Well that is not how you run a business in my opinion. I give all of you a word of warning do business will Cernics Racing at your own risk. I will keep everyone updated to my situation. I will never buy anything from there again!!!!

He's mad because he palced an order and has to wait.

No foul language at all. I callled them and they said it is in stock so I ordered it on the spot. They just dropped the ball and I slipped through the cracks. It is not the fact that I had to wait it is the perceived indifference on their part!

True!!
Kyle at Cernics made everything great! He went above and beyond the call of duty to please me, so I wanted to say thanks to Kyle!
Ok I am unsubscribing from my own thread because of you guys...... :eek:
