Why was my topic moved? Where is the new link? Just because Cernics is a site sponsor doesn't mean I can't post my feelings and opinions on this board!




Ok let me clear the up everything. I have NEVER spoken to Kyle. He probably is a great guy. This has nothing to do with him. I am upset that it took me having to call them for 3 days in a row speaking with 2 people who said they would call me back and never did! When I would call them they didn't even remember who I was or what I wanted. THen when I persisted and hounded them then they decided to check into my situation. It took them 10 minutes to find me in the system. I was angry at both of their attitudes like I was bothering them and how dare I call them. Then once my order was found they were like well when Kyle gets back he will ship it to you. I am sorry but the public DOESN'T have to wait for Kyle. There are WAY too many companies out there for me to have wait 2 weeks for Kyle. If you run a business then that comes FIRST!!!!!!!!!!! Everyone deserves a vacation and I think it is AWESOME that he races also, but when he leaves the business shouldn't shut down. He needs to hand it over to someone else during the race season so things will get done in a timely fashion or at least update someone on the current orders so people don't have to wait 2 weeks for a product to ship when it is sitting right there in the warehouse!


I am angry at their PERCIEVED INDIFFERENCE. It was like I was bothering them. I am also angry at the fact that they offered no solution. How hard would it have been for them to say WOW I can't believe this happened, for this mistake we will give you 15% off your next order and we will ship this to you right now 2nd day air at no charge. If they would have done that I would have never thought twice about it, because we are human and we make mistakes everyday!!!!

If Kyle makes it right then I will commend him for that but until then I have a BAD taste in my mouth for Cernics Racing!

I purchased the graphics kit from them 2 weeks ago and have not recieved anything from them since. I called them 3 days ago to get an answer as to where my product was. I was bounced around for three days with no resolution offered. I was told on 2 different occasions that someone would call me back and they never did. I had to always call them back. Well I said enough is enough and cancelled my order and now I can't even get a refund because Kyle is out racing and according to them he is the only one who can give me a refund.....BS! Well that is not how you run a business in my opinion. I give all of you a word of warning do business will Cernics Racing at your own risk. I will keep everyone updated to my situation. I will never buy anything from there again!!!!

He's mad because he palced an order and has to wait.

I ordered my pim,funnel and a manual from them on their website. I got it pronto in the mail. But I made sure that the stuff was in stock, and they emailed me the tracking number also. I'm not discrediting you just an example of my experience. ;)
I don't quite understand the bumping of post though, was there some foul language?

No foul language at all. I callled them and they said it is in stock so I ordered it on the spot. They just dropped the ball and I slipped through the cracks. It is not the fact that I had to wait it is the perceived indifference on their part!

Hmmm...well...I will remain neutral on that...BUT...I had a similar experience....turned out ok but I was a little put off too...so I can understand you being miffed... :bangbang:

The last time I seen his other post it was kept quite clean. I know I didn't spout off too much about my concern with Kyle/Cernics. I simply stated that I ordered a part from him on Monday, and I still have not heard back from anyone. Later in the post someone explained that Kyle from Cernics was gone until Monday. I now Kyle/Cernics have had alot of compliments and recommendations; therefore, I will not worry about the situation to much until Monday.

I feel for you man, but everybody makes mistakes right. At least that is what I have been told. :lol:
Simple solution for your anger :drunk: but don't let that lead to this :bangbang: Cernics,but possibly this :puke:

Their are two sides to every story. It is very Hard to please everyone all of the time. I can understand the fact that they cannot refund your money until he gets back. The fact .... if it is a fact ...... that you have not heard from them in 2 weeks is not acceptable. Did they tell you the parts were in stock? I would call and talk to Kyle on monday Before putting him on blast though. Just the way i do things.

This is true...especially when a business decides to make a run at the internet...usually 1 man is in charge of internet sales to begin with...so sometimes no one knows what that guy has going or is doing...once they iron out the kinks it tends to get better...I usually get mad but don't hold a grudge... :D

I personally like dealing with Cernics/Kyle. I will admit it is hard to get a hold of him because he does race. If you want your parts right now they are not probably the best place to go through during race season. However I agree 2 weeks with no response is a bit much. Unless you get a good explaination I agree with your right to blast them.

Kyle was one of only 2 companies that took my situation into consideration when I explained my difficulty with calling and ordering parts. So for that reason I will stand by him until he burns me.

Come on guys! You got to be kidding if you think for one minute that Kyle or Cernic's will rip you off you have got to be twisted. I have been dealing with them from the start of the year and have been fully happy with there service.
Sure I've had to wait a long time for some parts and I'm sure Kyle would be sick of my phone calls and emails. But he always has time for me to explain that some things have been hard to come by because of it being a new model and all. Remember Kyle has people ringing and emailing him from all over the world so it takes time to answer everyones request don't shoot him or Cernic's down because he hasn't got back to you for a few days. Let the man have some time off to ride his quad without thinking about work, something we all like to do hey?

P.S. Kyle also gave me the experience of a life time by giving me the chance to fly to the States and race his own new LT-R at Budd's Creek something I'll never forget
P.P.S Oh and don't think i'm trying to kiss his ass for some cheap parts (because i just read through my post and thats what it look like) i'm just speaking from my experince with Cernic's/Kyle

I'm sorry to hear of your poor experience, but you WILL be taken care of. We LOVE having Cernics advertise on our site here as they have been around FOREVER, and have been satisfying customers longer than many have even been involved with the sport.

With that, ANY and EVERY company will make a mistake on occasion - when Kyle gets back in town he WILL resolve the situation. Sorry to hear that troubles arose
