Well I'm looking at going out there and freezing my nvts off this weekend. Especially if my quad and truck both come back in this weekend. I've still not gotten the call from Moddrells on my quad and my truck is in for an ECU reflash....I'm waiting for them to decide weather or not to replace the ECU so My whole trip is pretty dependant on that.

end of april ''snake-hunt''
Everything owned by the State at LS is first come first serve...only the LS Powersports is reserveable...the only problems with the reserve area is one it costs more and two it is a dust bowl if the wind is blowing!
I have been tossing the idea of heading out on Thursday (March 9) and if you were for sure going I could save you a spot...

i will definitly be out there for rattle snake. look 4 a cocky little kid on a yellow z and it should be me.lol. yea right, there r way to many of those out there. i wouldnt be surprised if i saw u out there though.

Well I'm going next weekend for sure since they are calling for 60's all weekend. Then We are all going out 10-12th of March for the begining of our kids spring break now. Thanks for the suggestion Rob!

i was there on the 10th last friday and the sand was perfect and the jumping was great! 
weather was good also.i seen only one other LTR.

the cowboy camp frakin blows though.there is neve anything going on.no tits or beer man!
With 3 children under the age of 10 and all girls, personally I appreciate nothing going on. LS is a state park for recreation, sounds to me like you might be looking for a gentlemen's club...maybe you are in the wrong place? The more alcohol related incidents the harder it is going to be to keep places like LS open...

too many folks watching them glamis videos getting the wrong idea of what duning is about. We are also a family that goes to the dunes to ride. But hey, what do you expect from a guy who's been there and done that ha ha ha ha. I guess thats why I liked how clean and well maintained north camp/cowboy camp is.
I had a group of partiers that stayed up "tuning their motors" and getting loud till like 4am..... So I got out of bed and 6am and started "tuning mine" ha ha ha ha..... The guys new what was up, but the girls over there could only give the evil eye ha ha ha ha.
Southcamp in the tent camping areas seems to be where the party is if thats what you really want. Just be warned, they've really stepped up the no drinking and driving policy on the dune. They've inspected us every time we've gone through the gates.

first of all,i understand what you mean about the kids thing and north camp is perfect for that.second,i havent watches glamis videos and the tits and beer thing is what ive seen from LS,and believe me i know what duning is all about.I guess if you dont want to be out there with a bunch of drunks and have your kids submitted to that then dont go out the for rattlesnake right.lol.I know im only 17 but im not a complete moron.
