Out with the old and in with the new. See thats where suzuki made their mistake. Those old QUADRUNNERS in WHITE were actually BEATING the yellow quad racers .... so .... suzuki DISCONTINUED the whole line of QUADRACERS vowing NEVER to make yellow PERFORMANCE quadracers again. Now testing was done before the release of the LTR450 and some people .... slower people .... wanted yellow as a tribute to the OLD ... OBSOLETE .... SLOWER .... yellow quadracer. Suzuki listened to the people and offered 2 models.
1. The white LTR450 - F ..... the -f is for FASTER. This is a lable put on the engine at the production facility. the -f models then have white fenders installed and the -f is removed from all paer work.
2. The yellow LTR450 - S ...... the -s is for SLOWER. This lable is put on the SLOWER engines at the production facility. The -s models then have YELLOW fenders installed and the -s is removed. Now all people are happy.
