I wanna cut the fenders on our LTR and I wan't to know what you guys are using without totaly screwing up the plastic. Since its gonna be 100% in the dunes, I will be cutting the back fenders too.

Dremel and some really fine sand paper. IMO cutting the back does not look good.

Just the little metal cutting wheel?

I drew mine out then cut them with a jig saw and used really fine sand papper to clean the ruff edges off them. It worked good.

I'm not cutting the back fenders anymore, just the front, thanks for the tips.

I use the blue painters tape to mask the line i want to cut.

I use a small block plane to smooth out the edges.
