Well about a month ago I rolled the bike and bent the bars, just a bit. It didn't bug me before, but now does. I like the stock bars position, height and everything. What would someone suggest for a stock replacement that doesn't require lengthening cable, or altering the height of the bars.

Thanks. :)

The bars are still perfectly straight.

You can buy individual replacement parts for them if you tweek them. By the way did you guys have to alter cables when you installed them? What kind of riser can I get away with before I have to start altering the cables?

I just recieved some flex bars in stock ...... $265.00. As for the risers it will depend on what bars you get. A 1 inch riser with the Dana Creech bar is good IMO. One problem is the riser will add leverage to the VERY WEAK stock stem.

Is there a good website to order these Flexx bars from?
Holy crap, I just found them, 299.99 for bars, I don't think so

Any other cheaper alternatives :D

This it what kills me. SO many people on this site would drop $300 for a couple of hp.

You can't look at it like $300 for just bars -- once you use them you will see.
It's a damper -not a "steering damper"- think about it like additional front suspension ---
takes a lot of shots off your wrist and shoulders.
I broke my wrist last year with reg bars...was MUCH more then $300.
These bars have already saved me once.
Not to mention -- this last crash -- I bent all kinds of shit including the stem (which -- by the way -- is about $300 to replace). Coming down off a 65' table from 12'-15' in the air at 45-50mph -- the quad flipped and rolled -- bang bang. Bars are perfectly straight.
AND -- If you do damage the bars there is a 50% lifetime replacement warranty.

Check them out. You will get A LOT more use out of them -- then 2-3 hp.

Did you use stock steering stem or aftermarket stem? If you used stock, i would be impressed to buy one.

The adapters are like $30 brand new.
Just buy a set of bars from FUEL and you can have them.

If you do -- I will send them to FUEL when I send him my stem -- hopefully sometime this week.
If you are going to use the adapters -- go with the lower bend bars -- not atv bend -- cables were tight w/ atv bend.

Flexx bars for sure. Believe me I was skeptical because of the price but they are awesome. Worth every penny. If you need to save up for them I got stock bars I'd sell you dirt cheap. So you can still ride.

I don't have them, but i rode my buddies quad and he has those Flexx bars and they are nice! But for me only being 16 i can't afford $200+ handle bars then if something goes wrong have to pay for a seperate part that could the same as a REnthal handlebar.
