Velocity Air Intake

does anyone know if the velocuty air intake is available. what are your thoughts on this kit would the trinity intake be better?

I did some reading about these.

Although they may have 30% more surface area, you only gain about 15% more airflow because alot of it is redundant air flow.

Basically they arent going to revolutionize the industry, but I guess for duning they may be worth trying.

Same shit...whatever you can get cheaper. Put the Trinity on mine and ditched the airbox...makes quite a difference :D

Most people ride in mud and can't ditch their airbox, that would be engine suicide.

I've seen the Velocity kit for a YFZ, the owner gave me one at Glen Helen.
They look the same as a K&N, except the end is an inward cone that breathes too, allowing more air in.
It comes with an Outerwear and a mounting bracket that bolts to your airbox. They look good, and probably work well - I still wouldn't run anything but a FOAM filter on my LTR. Filling that EFI full of grit and dust isn't a good thing.
