On Wednesday 7-12-06 one of the most horrible things possible happened to the
well known and loved Jeremy Crapo and Michael Pacheco of St
Anthony, Idaho. They were involved in a collision at the St Anthony
dunes and Jeremy passed away on the spot. Michael was Life Flighted
to Idaho Falls and I was told that he is in critical condition.

Many of you may know Jeremy from his snowmobile race career or
seeing him working around the valley and riding at the dunes. He
was a good friend of the team at Alticity and appeared in many of
our sand/snow films. He was the brother of the pro racers, Kurtis
and Shaun Crapo. Jeremy left behind a wife and kids and uncountable
friends.

Memorial Fund
I just wanted to let everyone know that you can send donations for Jeremy's wife and kids via Paypal to:
[email protected]

If you prefer to mail it in, please make it payable to David Crapo (Jeremy's Dad) and send it to:
Jeremy Crapo Memorial Fund
PO Box 300
Sugar City, ID 83448

I know Jeremy's wife and kids would appreciate it. So would the rest of the Crapo family and all of Jeremy's friends. Myself included. Anything we can do for them will be greatly appreciated.

thank you,

Josh

Nice to hear all these wishes from us bikers. Good to know that even tho we ride hard, and play hard, we dont forget who to thank at the end of the day. This incident does however hit home hard, and should remind all of us to always wear proper protection, whenever we go out.

Well wishes and condolences to the family and friends affected by this tragedy. I pray the Lord give those most affected strength, comfort and peace in their time of need. I also pray that Michael pulls thru and has a speedy recovery, to be able to return to a sport that has so much fun.

God Bless.....

I have posted info about this on a few forums and it is easy to see that you guys have all said the nicest things. Even though I don't post much, I am happy to be a member of this forum. Thank you all.

We have made a 14 minute long DVD that pays tribute to Jeremy Crapo. The DVD features spectacular snowmobiling, a few dune shots, and some great footage of Jeremy being himself.

We are selling the DVD to raise money to give to Jeremy's wife Lindsay and two kids, Taylor and Bridger. All proceeds will go to the family.

If you want to contribute more than $10 to the family, simply select a higher quantity of DVD's in the shopping cart at Jeremy's DVD

They are also available at the parts counter at Rexburg Motorsports.

Thank you,
Alticity Films

Crusader, very sorry for your loss. I was wondering if you could explain the connection of Jeremy Crapo to the Idaho Sentator Mike Crapo, and the nickname for Crapo hill @ St. Anthony's?
