Fee's are 15$ +5 if your spending the night, all day open 8-till dusk and yes its open to the public they have races for dirt bikes quads ect they there practice days usually consist of about 1-4days then they have a race. they also have a water system that goes on about every 15-20min or so to keep the dust down they have a mini track in the back there for youngsters and they have trails aswell, and a awesome camp site the whole place is water'd down to make sure speed demons dont go raising hell and such.
