I recently had a pretty bad crash where I bent one of my tie rods beyond repair. IF your are looking at the front of the quad, the one on the left needs to be replaced. I have been looking on ebay and it seems that tie rods are year specific? I don't think they would be but I am just curious if I need to order ones specifically for a 2007 or if any year will work? THe other question is if I need to order a specific "left" or "right" one. I figured a tie rod is a tie rod but after looking on ebay I am left unsure. Thanks for the help.

Another important thing that I left out is that I have aftermarket koq a arms that are for my long travel shocks. It seems that the stock ties were on those arms so I think that another stock set would work with my aftermarket arms. I figured I would ask just to be sure.

When addressing right and left, rule of thumb is always from the operators position.

I think he means is there any difference from the left tie rod or the right, I have been curious about this myself. Would be nice if they are the same then you could just buy a backup just in case.

+1 According to the parts manual they are the same.
