does anyone know what kind of bulb the LTR uses?

I looked on the housing and it mentions Stanley p6310.... but when I looked it up, I couldn't find anything.

I'd like to go with a brighter than stock bulb.

I've tried that before. Get to hot and melted the wire and plug. Best to try and actually get a buld with a wattage you want. Looked into HID lighting and keeping the stock?

You did this on your LTR? I did it on my TRX a while back and it is still working!!! :scoot: I figure someday it will stop then good excuse to by HIDs!

Does anyone have any headlight bulbs laying around?? I really need one for the dunes in a couple weeks and they are like 30 something bucks online. Any help at all?? Thanks

Wow!! This is an old one!!... You might ask some of the guys that have gone w/ the HID kits. But I was thinking that they destroyed their old bulbs to make the HID kits?!?

I've got 2 perfectly good new ones sitting at the house. I normally bust them up to make HID kits But if you ship me your busted one, I'll cut you a deal on a new one.

Forget that...if you ride at night at all you need one of Rich's HID kits! Huge difference...I will never go back. As a matter of fact get ready to convert the Raptor 250 when it arrives Rich! Every bike we currently own is running Rich's HID kits...yes, they are that good!
