Going to St Anthony, Id Sept.29 - Oct. 1. Would be awsome to see some other LTR's out there. Fingures crossed and praying to the weather gods for temps in the 70's with no rain.

Thanks for the invite but Glamis = 10 more hours drive time. 10 hours of gas = roughly $450 more round trip. $450 = a new pipe. Well close to anyway. Plus its reaching the end of the riding season so my bank account is close to empty and my vacation time is even closer. If I'm going to drive to Glamis it will have to be at least a week long trip. Maybe I can convince the boss to let me plan a trip out next year.

Me and a friend are down to go on saturday and sunday. We can meet you guys up there. Hit me up with pm, and I can get your number and we can chat.

Ps. Temps will probably be in the lower 60s would be my guess. Still nice riding weather in my book.

It will be a mad dash for me on thursday before we leave. Ordered up a DASA pipe, PIM and a ProFlow Intake. I hope I'm ready. I have one friend going with a LT500R that thinks he is bad ass because he can beat me in a 1/2 mile race up Sand Mountain in Utah. He barely passes me at the top. This time will be different. Hills are not that long and I think I will have my quad set up right. Few other bringing YFZ's a DS650 and some 400s but none that are modded though. My wife will be on her Z thats pretty built. I'm looking forward to this like I was 10 years old on Christmas eve.

Man you all missed out. Those were the best riding condition I have ever had in my short, but great, riding life. Low to Mid 70's, nice and sunny, looks like my praying worked out. Thanks to driver311 and jserman for heading out there it was a blast. Learned alot from him. Like 13/38 is not the best gearing selection and the 8 paddle skats are way to much for my quad. I kinda knew it already but he just confirmed it. Driver311 was smoking everyone including me on his STOCK LTR. I chocked that loss up to my setup and most likley rider ability, Driver311 knew exactly what he was doing. Although I did beat my fair share of YFZs, 450Rs and even some Banshees. All in all it was a GREAT trip. Hope to see more of you next time I get a chance to head up to St. Anns again.

Glad you guys had a good time, you can still go this weekend with us up there if you want. Anyway, did the 13/38 not work out because of the 8 paddle skats? I have a 13t up front and stock in the rear,CB, Full Yoshi with 6 paddle extremes and was thinking of going to the rear 38t. I take it you would advise against it?

Yeah it was a great time and my 6 paddle extremes on a 8x7 blue label with 3psi in them really worked well. I was beating alot of bikes both days. I only lost to one nitrous banshee, ltr500 with alot of work done, and a trinity 734 raptor. I was pulling on everything else out there. One down in the front and left the rear alone. Worked really welll!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and I weigh 190lbs. and was beating guys with more hp and lighter than me. Its all in the tires and gearing. I got the 400ex intake today and dasa soon to follow. I was clocked at 32mph 3/4 the way up choke. Very happy with that. :fro:

Man I would absolutly love nothing more than to go up again this weekend, BUT I have to work.
WORK :smiley_gun:
I'm sure the 8 paddle had alittle to do with it but I think the 38 was the biggest culprit. You will definetly like the extra top speed when shooting the hills. I am definetly purchasing the 6 paddle extremes before my next trip, which hopfully won't be to far away. I might even try to run the 14t up front before I change the 38. The front is a hell of alot easier to change than the rear.
