Went to Barnsville, Ga today and they have a huge ride there every month. They have a 1/8 mile dirt drag. Raced a yfz 450 with basic mods(pipe , jet, air filter,cam mod and probaly some other stuff) Raced three times and smoked him by two to three lenghts every time. Then raced a built out the ass 450r. Thought there was no way I could get him. All I have is a trinity intake, yoshimura pipe,and PIM FIMAK. Beat him by one and a half quad lenths four times and he was supposed to be the fasted one out there. Banshees and raptor 700s had no chance. The guy on the 450r was a real nice guy so I let him ride my ltr and he could not belive it. He is a marine and he said as soon as he gets back from Iraq he is trading the 450r on a ltr! The funny thing is I have stock tires and was not hooking up at all. Ordered some maxxis razrs and I think this thing is going to be unreal. LTR450S RULE

Same here, even with smaller tires i still had the same top speed as my buddies YFZ, It was basicly who ever got the jump was the winner.

Yea, it is impressive that a very lightly modified LT-R 450 can beat up on a highly modified 450R. It is cool to say that all you have is a pipe, after beating another 450 that someone has put a ton of money into. Go Zuk!

It feels much better to beat somebody with a $14,000 TRX with my stock LTR. I won 16-24 on my stocker and pulled a 2nd place in the B class. Thats why i say unless your drag racing, it's all rider.
