You went down one tooth in the front (which is like going up 3 in the back), and then went up another 2 teeth in the back???? That'll pretty much make your bike a 3 speed... 1st and 2nd would be useless.
Are you running 44" boggers?

No, I'm running 46" BFGoodrich Mud Terrains. This LT will go anywhere! Seriously though, I'm running 20 rears which is up 2" from the stock 18's. Going one down on the front basically puts the gearing back to where stock was with the 18's. Then going up two on the rear was basically like going down one on the front if you didn't change the size of your rear tires. If anything, I would go up two more on the rear before I would go back and raise the gearing any. It definately isn't too low and you can still use first and second gears which is essetially what you'll be using doing hole shots (riding in the dunes). Like I said, play with your sprockets until you find the right combination that works for you. You will be surprised at how much you can change the charactor of your bike by simply changing the sprockets.

Any info on rear rotors, I hppened to tweak mine before i got my skid on?

Galfer has wave rotors in stock.You have to buy from a Galfer distributor.

About the gearing...
I figured dropping one tooth up front would be plenty low for 20s.
