Here are some pics of the AC Racing stuff that I recently put on. No complaints about quality, fit or finish; but I do have a few grumblings about the design and delivery.

1. The grab bar/numberplate forces you to relocate the brakelight (if you are inclined to keep it). Location forces you to stretch the wiring to it's maximum length. It looks way out of place. I think I'll end up removing it altogether, and only sticking it back on to ride at night.
2. The bumber came COD after I used a credit card to pay for it by phone, the nerfs came in a box that appears to have come from the garbage compactor scene in the first Star Wars movie, there were no nets or hardware in the box, and it took about two weeks for all parts (ordered at the same time) to arrive separately.

The mounting tabs for the light are removed with the old grab.

This is part of the reason that I like the PRM grab bars. They let you mount the light back in the stock location. Also I got the desert grab bar because it is wide and makes it very easy to manuever the quad around.

How about some pics of the Belly Skid from PRM. I saw in another post the Swingarm Skid and it looked pretty good.

I think I'll be calling them today, what thickness is that .190 or .250?

Hmm...shame you aren't happy with their parts. It's quite often that companies put out products that aren't up to par to meet competition sales and to "satisfy" customers who can't wait. Then they always cut the products off the market when the researched products are out.

I love the pro-pegs on my YFZ, I really couldn't be any happier with them.

The swingarm skid is .250 and the belly is .190. I think the .190 is the thickest they offer for the belly.

Thanks, I ordered mine on Friday and they should be here today. They are really quite friendly.

I just put on the AC nerf bars. Did you need to raise the shifter one notch? I think I am going to have to. Also, my heel guard is net and it feels like the distance from the foot peg to the back of the heel guard is a little short. How do yours feel?

I didn't have to move the shifter...feels comfortable where it is. I ride mostly GP, not motocross. And with size 10 boots, I don't really have an issue with the heel pocket.

I got these through my boys at www.motostation.net, tell them their sponsored Quad rider sent you for the best deal.

With just the bumper, I think so. I've since added a stabilizer that keeps me from putting the light back on.
