this is very easy and takes only minutes.
first the airbox lid: remover seat and release the lid via the two small tabs toward the front of the machine on the lid

now the end cap and spark arrestor.it is decieving but there are three screws holding it on.two on the sides and one on top.to get to the one on top you must remove the tailight heat sheild below the tailight.held on with two phillip screws.now you can take out all three screws of the endcap

remove the two screws holding the sparkarrestor in and remove it

I suggest leaving the air box lid on & punching or drilling out 1 inch holes. I then put 12 filtered air vents on my lid and this is what it looks like when it's finished. The reason I left my lid on is to prevent water & dirt from getting inside. I don't think this slowed it down AT ALL, it was still very fast.

The image you uploaded to photobucket has to be larger...you are posting the pictures correctly but grabbing the wrong URL that you are putting the IMG tags around. When you host an image through photobucket make sure you right click the full size image of the photo instead of the down-sized caption picture when copying the url:D

An add on for the peashooter removal. Remove the two bolts holding the silencer and let it drop down. makes it much easier to get ot the top allen bolt. No need to remove the tail light heat shield then.

EHS filter box covers are the best. I have ran them on all my quads and they work great. Look good too.
