Problem Solved!!!
I AM AN IDIOT
Once I realized that all I had to do was remove the ring clip it came right off. Thanks for the help guys.
So if your changing your rear sprocket and the axle nut is loose, press it in towards the hub and it exposes the ring clip.

to change the rear sprocket all you have to do is take the chain off, take the chain guide/guard off and slip the sprocket over the hub. (and of course remove the left wheel) very simple :)

I tried that and there was no way I could slip the sprocket over the hub. I think it would be just as easy to remove the hub now that I know about the clip ring. JMO

it really is cake, you just start with slipping it over the hub at about 10 o'clock and then in a counterclockwise spiral you just "unthread" it for lack of a better term :)

I dont know what the hell you guys are talking about....take out the rear bolt on the chain guide, swing the chain guide forward out of the way, and then rock the stock sprocket right off, slide one side over the hub and then the other...takes literally 5 minutes  . I have changed my rear sprocket 4 times seaching for the right gearing and have done it the same way everytime.

I had the sawzall in hand getting ready to cut the stocker off. My girlfriend came out in the garage and asked me why I was cussin, I told her yall said the sprocket would come off without removing the axle nut. She asked to give it a try, I said sure why not. I kid you not she slipped it off the hub in 3 seconds. So I am currently reinflating my ego.
