Yeah they are tough to mount up. Keep all of your bolts loose. Like a 1/4 inch of play so everything can move. Your going to need at least 2 people, I had 3. Just have them pull/push whatever needs done until you can get the holes lined up. Once you get all the bolts started then you can start tightening everything down.

I had to used a rubber mallet to bend that top piece for it to mount on the frame. Did you receive all your bolts with your set? Cuse I didnt. I had to go and purchase bolts! They didnt even offer to send me some when I called. I was pissed!

I have installed quite a few of these sets. I believe that when the Net brackets are welded onto the tubes it causes some slight warping of the metal. Which pulls them in ward. All you have to do is give them a little tug, by putting your foot where you footpeg would go and pulling outward on the front mounting tube. This will stretch them back out, to the point where they need to be.

These are by far the best set of nerf bars I have ever used. For the extra 5 mintues of time it takes to adjust these I will gladly use these over the other jokers that call themselves professional business.

Hey Jesse, mail your packet of bolts to Matt (R450MX) and you guys will be good to go!!! : )

Yeah I could use those bolts...lol. No im just kidding I got some that work fine. I have to agree with Kyle though I do like these nerfs more than any other brand I have used. The pegs are awesome and at first I didnt really like the netted heel guards but now they grew on me and I think there pretty sick looking. I will have some updated pictures of my quad in a week or so.

My Pro Armor Fat Pegs are shipping tomorrow. They are finally in from backorder. I never used the Raths before but its unacceptable for them to send out a warped product without fasteners.

Took a rubber mallet to get it all the way on but, the Rath nerfs have a very snug fit and don't seem to wiggle or roll at all. The nets don't seem to be designed to fit the configuration of the frame but, oh well... I got an extra packet of nuts and bolts and no instructions!!! Had me worried for a while but, it all worked out.

I got extra bolts as well! They r the best I used to date and I've used & abused a lot of nerfs! I got mine on by myself but I took the front of the nerf, placed it on the ground, stood on it , grabed the back part of the nerf and pulled'er apart a little bit. Still took a little pounding w/ a deadblow though. I like a tight fitting nerf and can't stand to have a wobbly footpeg. Also I took a flathead screwdriver and spread all the net slots to ease net installation.

Mine were a huge PITA, but I have to say it was worth it in the end. I had to lean on them with everything I had (210 lbs) to get the front mounts to line up right while my brother cranked them on.

i love my rath products. the nerfs were a bit of a pain to install but quality is great. i ripped one of the nets and called to order a new set. they sent new ones at no cost to me. their customer service is second to none in my book.
