I initially told my dealer to order the AC standard nerfs, but they went ahead and got these Pro Armors in cuz they were in stock at their supplier. I bolted one up and I'm not too sure how I feel about them. I guess I was expecting a slight kick up similar to the AC's or Blingstars, etc. Anyway...tell me what you think about them...I was wondering why they made the bracket come so far out to the side of the peg?

i THINK THEY LOOK GOOD. i HAVE THE FAT PEGS WITH HEEL GUARDS ON MINE. aBOUT THAT BRACKET. I WOULD SAY ITS LONGER FOR AFTERMAEKET FOOT PEGS.

IMO bull chit ..... look at the last picture. That IS the weak point. A hit from the side and those nefs are bending.

Yeah I agree with Fuel. I like my Rath's because even though they were a biatch to put on, they are solid as a rock. One good hit or roll and I think those would bend right next to the peg.

Yea...I hate to admit it but I think they may have a flaw in their design there...maybe they are suppused to be sold as a matching set with longer pegs?..Of course if that was the case then why did they sell them in the first place?...see if they will throw in a set of longer pegs to make up for the frustration? :blink:

do they flexx alot when you stand on them. My fat pegs don't flexx at all.

The reason they have the bracket come out so far is because that bolt holding part of the heel guard is on the outside, my Ac nerfs are to close to the pegs so i can't do anything to see if it's loose unless i take off my nerfs. And it colud also be for aftermarket heel guards.

look at my pics in this months contest. I have the fat peg nerf bar with heel guards. Its all one piece. They look awsome. and work great IMO. They look nothing like the standard nerf bar.

Yep, what the above mentioned. Sturdy as a rock, and they flow with one solid tube around the outside.

I think the Pro Armors biggest appeal on there nerfs is the heal guard to me. Haven't actually ever seen mine but the Pro Pegs look good on the links I have seen.
