Well, Just got my nerf bars from Pro Armor. I took alittle due to backorder, but well worth the wait. I will be attaching some pics later. Installation was pretty easy, I took me about an hour to install. A second time would only take me about half that.

Josh S @ Pro Armor's Customer Service was A HUGE help in this. I had been emailing and calling him daily. You know that can suck hearing from a cust. all day.

Parts fit great, and no problems occured when installing. Thanks Josh!!!!!!!!

I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND THE PRO ARMOR GEAR, GREAT PRODUCT!!!!!!!!!!

SEE YA AT THE DUNES.

Ha!

Have a question for you Josh...do you guys offer your sport series nerf bar for the quadzillas? Or have bars from another model that would fit? We have a big buildup coming together and would prefer to run pro-armor on this machine if possible

SPY!!!

Honestly though I was getting frustrated with Pro Armor and then I got in contact with Josh. I really couldn't have asked for a better person to handle my order. His boss sent me an email asking how he did too. :)

I have had problems with my nerf bars. Both brackets that go from the nerf bars to the rear fender, both broke within the first 2 weeks. The flat part behind the pegs have bent more and more with every ride even after having the brackets re welded and attached.

yeah, i had the same problem with both brackets braking off. i had to have a fab. shop weld them up again and they welded them too far down, must of grinded too much and now to mount to my rear fender it pulls the fender down leaving a big gap between seat and plastics :(

My Pro Armor nerfs are the same way from the first day I put them on they pull my plastic down on both sides. No problems with the brackets breaking yet. I quess Ill have to make a new bracket so it dont put any more stress on my plastic.

as you know things have been nuts around here at work so i havent been able to really keep an eye on the site. Anyways i checked up and down left and right everywere looking for something that would work with the quadzilla and found nothing. But, what you can do is give me the measurement from the rearmost a arm mount to the front of the peg your going to use, then i might be able to find somthing from another model.

I know how it can be, and I appreciate you putting the time in. It's sitting at a friend's shop right now, and not my own...I'll try to make it up there and put a tape measurer' to it within the next few days if possible

Hey MXQuadRacer, I'll measure my bros Quadzilla and save ya some time if ya want. It's sitting here in our garage at home. I know that my AC propeg/peg mounts on my Z400 bolt right up but I don't know about the path of the front tubing. I think it interferes with the pipe. Idk, I'm gonna double check!
