went to montgomry ville cycle today ( dealer )... well there was 2 things there that tickeled my fancy... and i cant decide....

1. both color ltr's were there so i have both options and they were both only $5,998 omg!!!!!! so that had me sold

BUT!!!!!!!

2. there was a 07 honda trx450r.. with full hd a arms with ishock suspention, hrc kit, gibson steering stem, with gibson fat bar clamp, pro taper handle bars, and all around beed lock rims with pc outer rim, and holeshot tires... for $10,000 bucks

If your only 15 and it's your first big purchase go with the LTR since it's cheaper. That way your not in debt until your 25.

6k for the LTR plus 2k in parts (=8K) will make it equal to that 10k Honda. If your planning on going for a full blown 14k+ racing quad with all the stops then buy what ever quad you think has the nicest plastic.

I think from a simply finicial point of view it would be bad to put your mom in debt because of you 10k when you would probably be just as happy with the 6k quad.

It's still her credit. Get what you think your going to be happy with but don't be a fool credit can put you in a bad spot real fast.

don't let anyone here make your decision for you. in the end you have to live with the quad so make sure it's the one you really want. Also avoid the trap of to much debt.

Not trying to change your mind but if u haven't riden a LTR then get it becuase u may not even need any aftermarket things. I raced the GNC nationals and i was running right up with the 1st place guy in all of the nationals so far. He had a really decked out TRX450r and i had a stock LTR.

May I ask what you do for a living? Considering a $10,000 loan is a huge amout of money.(Atleast to me) Even with a 5 year loan that a seems like you are getting over your head in my eyes. $10,000 or even $7,000 for the LTR seems a bit out of your league to me. I do not want to sound like I am dogging you, but thats a lot of money and your mothers credit.
