I met and spoke to one of the guys that built that rig when I worked at 4 Wheel Parts in Atlanta. Pretty cool guy...they do good show quality work...very good at stretching and making it last. He didn't own it, but according to him the owner drives it on the street to shows when they are in town...they live in ATL.
