What kind of pipe is that? Whats the word on that intake setup and what are you using to adjust the A/F ratio? Oh, and are those shock covers for a Z400 or has Suzuki gotten some out for the LTR? Sorry for all the questions. Very nice ride, welcome to the site!

ok i got the shock covers on ebay. the intake and exhaust was done by a local guy. he mostly works on banshees and sprint cars. he has a drag bike with a turbo 250r engine that is right at 3.9 at 87 mph. he has a web sit www.gigotracing.com the head pipe is stainless 1 5/8. the canister is titanium. it is the loudest exhaust i have ever heard. i will adjust my a/f ratio when i get my yoshi ems stuff. it will be here in april. right now it dynos at 49 hp, top speed 84 mph. i will be able to raise the rev with the yoshi stuff. i hope to be the fastest around here when i get it all done. i also have paddles on the way.

Hmm, it appears someone has a machine that flows a little smoother than the stock setup!

Is there any chance you could get that machine on a dyno?

That thing looks killer.. I have the full Yosh. RS-5 set up and am concerned about it running too lean.. BUT by the color of your head pipe yours looks to be running about right.. I know that stainless turns GOLD when your in the right spot.. if it turns blue/purple or black then you need to richen things up.. at least that is what Yoshimura say's about the stainless headpipe with the RS-5.. I am very interested in that intake set up.. is the guy that did yours making any more and selling them.. I gotta get one!! I have a Dynatek F.I. box ordered.. hopefully will get it this week.. now all I need is your filter set up and I'm good~!!!
OH! did I tell you that your LTR looks FANTASTIC!

right now the temp sensor is zip tied to the frame. we are in the process of making a billet bracket for the air filter and the sensor. if you would like that filter set up, i'm sure you can contact him via his website. mine is the only one made so far, but he plans on making more. www.gigotracing.com he is very busy, i don't know how long it will take him to get some made. it is actually a very simple set up. he is in minnesota snow mobiling right now. i will ask him when he returns.

You don't happen to want to get rid of your stock airbox? Let me know because I need a new one. Thanks!
