My stock filter already has a few small rips. HAVE to replace it.

I figured while I am waiting on my stem...I am going to get the shocks revalved.
So....Now -- since I have to pull the back off to get to the rear shock....I might as well do an airbox mod.
AND I think Steve -- <_< has talked me into the Precision.

Still running the CRBM. I'd rather wait on an EFI controller -- haven't decided on what I want -- pipe wise.

Has anybody done an A/F ratio with CRBM mods and an aftermarket FOAM filter (pro-design or similar) ??
Just want to make sure it's not too lean.

AL ??

Thanks

The aftermarket Foam filter will not cause a big issue. Now if you were going to run a K&N that would also be cause for possible lean condition. The Modded air box will be the Bigger Problem. I think you will want to re-map once modding the air box. IMO if you go with a Proflow foam filter, cherry bomb, no air box lid and a pipe you will be fine.

That's what I meant...I have to pull the box out to put the Pro-design in..... no additional cuts or holes..... should have specified.
I just need one that is more durable. And easier to service -- with 2 layers and/or an outerwears-- anybody ??

Now remember the 56 or more we are shooting for is as MILD setup. Mild cams, porting, stock bore and compression. I want a setup i can ride all day and still haul azz up the hill. I am sure these bikes will make 60hp with more aggressive setups.
