long story short, 46whp with no lid, no silencer and cherry bomb installed.

and it seems they got out of it as the power fell off at 8000rpm

edit: btw, it pulled 40whp bone stock.
I take it you registered. Thanks for the info, but was it a yellow one they dynoed? Cause if it was, than my white one gotta be putting out like 48-49. lol

ha ha ha yeah I forgot, I registered on there back when I was looking for manuals for my Wife's Z.

I wonder how elevation plays into all this. I know on a drag strip it makes a huge difference.
those dyno runs were done by nmotion in wichita, kansas
I wonder how much their pipe will boost it. Looks like it will be over 50 for sure.

Both were at the wheels,

The motor itself is probably closer to the 50hp range.

Also each dyno can be different. Also elevation and many other factors can change numbers. Dyno's are great for tuning and getting baselines for a machine but don't take them as 100% accurate.
Ran mine yesterday. race fuel, Yosh pipe, cherry bomb, no lid, stock tires w/6psi At less then 1000 ft> then sea level I made a best of 41rwhp.
nice hp numbers.
I'm not yet as pleased as i expected. I ran it again and picked up 2 hp by switching to vp ultimate4 from c-10. Also I'm tring to find some TT tires. W/ U4 it leaned out just a hare @ the top of the HP curve (which is the smoothest I've seen in my entire life).
As smooth as a triple waxed corvette?
