Cliff Claven Water Buffalo Theory....

Brain cells are like water buffalo. In the wild the predators pick off the weaker buffalo in a herd. As the weaker ones die the herd becomes stronger because only the healthy buffalo reproduce. This makes the herd better. Drinking beer does the same thing to your brain cells, or crashing your quad. The weaker brain cells get killed off first. This makes it so your good and strong brain cells don't have to work as hard trying to help the weak slow brain cells keep up. So really beer... crashing... and drugs make you smarter... well maybe not drugs but the other two sure work.

PS Drugs sort of work because you don't care if your smart or not. So indifference to stupidy is like being smart.
