The main issue I have with my LT is it has made my balls grow larger and make me think I can actually ride like Doug Gust. Well, I can't!

I will take the problems it has...frame, gear whine, clutch eating, whatever, my dealer is cool and will cover it if they can. I can afford the rest.

Riding this past weekend I manahed to crash hard and bust up my knee because I thought I could keep up with another LT rider who was riding well at the track I was at. I drifted to far right over a ridge and upon landing, my front right tire caught the side of the track. My bike stopped real fast, and I didn't until later on down field a bit. 7 stitches and some nice pain all over reminded me the bike is better than me.

I know there are other great machines out there, I know there will be others on the way next year, but I don't sleep with my LT, I just ride it. If I don't like it, I'll sell it. But, right now, the bike has been great to me, and many others.

This site has saved my ass, and my wallet with advice so I appreciate the posts all the time. I mean is is real valuable to share the info you all have. I just hope we don't rip each other too bad over this quad. It is my choice of ride, but I try not to make it personal.

I know what you mean, last sat. i was flying around a corner sideways thru our trails we ride...Ended up in a 6 foot ditch with the 450 upside down . But suprisingly even though while upside down, the rear fender was being bent. Nothing was wrong with it at all! Not even the fender, it went right back into place when we rolled her back. (Im fine too for those who care)

Nice post. My cahonas too have grown as of late. I managed to sprain my wrist fairly nicely landing a decent size jump. It seems pretty good though. So inexperienced riders out there take note, the bike IS better than you. Respect it. Although it's very easy to ride and super stable, it just means you can wipeout faster and harder if you get out of control. Love the bike though, it's one of the most fun things you can have!

Yes, I agree. Respect the quad. Here is my compound fractured result of losing in a battle between who's better - myself or the bike. Well, actually I bent the frame on the LT-R450, so you be the judge.

MXracer16: that is freakin knarly! i broke my leg before and i know what ur goin threw...at that point in time james bond 007:golden eye was out and i learned everyplace that people would pop up at after they died so i could set mines there...dude it sucks sooo bad....it was worse than the time i got crushed by a haywagon on the same bloody leg...make sure to check the bottom of your crutch so that the soles dont wear out cuz mine did n i almost feel on a wet floor but my friend caught me and saved a rebreak.

Beware of wet wooden decks as well, Yikes! Luckly I feel on mine before my surgrey.

ya he didnt clear the triple that was there and he flew off the corner right into me its been a long road but its alot better now
