I like the look of the cut heal guards to make fender brackets but wanted a cleaner look so I made this one. Remember this is my first attempt but It is pretty sturdy. Not quite as sturdy as the original but sturdy enough not to flap even when jumping. Maybe that is good if we ever take a tumble it won't break the fenders but bend the bracket. It took me about 15 minutes with the drilling and bending. Just use 1/8 strip aluminum from Home Depot and just bent it in a vise. It is that simple!

Really simple, and looks clean. Should be easy for any ole Joe to fab up, nice work
