Not sure but i think even a EFI engine needs something that acts like a CARB, but the only difference is there are no jets to mess with.

Not exactly. Haven't had this one apart but have Cannondale experience. There are injectors that spray fuel under pressure into a throttle body where it mixes with air. Many fewer moving parts and it is not much like a carb at all other than fuel goes through it and mixes with air and enters the cylinder.

Wonder when we can get some bigger injectors or a bigger throttle body. Has anyone started porting the stock throttle body yet?

I ran into a guy at Elsinore MX track and he claimed he was either the owner or a 'big wig' at Alba. He had an Alba pipe for the LTR on his and claimed it was hands down the biggest HP maker on the market. Personally, I thought the guy was a dick head because he went on to completely slander every other parts maker other than Alba saying they all were total wastes of $$$$. He claimed his 2 LTRs are 'The fastest LTRs to date', mmmm, ok there buddy. funny tho, because I ran 2 laps with them about 50 yards behind me with no loss or gain in position. This guy also claimed his Velocity air filter was dyno proven to add over 2 HP alone, and that the Trinity intake produced 1/4 HP LESS than the stock one! He went on to claim the Yoshi pipe only makes 7/8ths of a HP over the stocker, and the list went on and on. I asked him about the 'Fasst' bars, again, total crap, dont buy them according to him, then the big question. "What do you think abou the FUEL ATV anti vibe stem?" He claimed he has never heard of FUEL ATV and if he hasnt heard of them that FUEL ATV has sh*tty product! Well, this is when he started his LTR up and bailed, so I couldnt give him a solid back hand across the chops for the last remark.
Anyway, since I dont know this idiot, I cant claim he is the head honcho of Alba, but he did claim to be part of the organization and had the only Alba pipe I have ever seen out there. But my impression of him will never change, total dick head.

In the Aug issue of Dirt wheels they mention some 'Power Now' item that fits into the intake side of the throttle body of the LTR. It's only $99 from what the artical states (page 173-174). Anyone here heard of or done this to their LTR yet???... If so, was it worth it???
