i think atvs are on the verge of becoming something. my brother's co-worker was in montana this past week for work and he said there was atv's riding down the mainstreets, i didnt catch the name of the town. it maybe do-able in PA so i was told by my local dealer. an independent rear suspension will have more of a chance of becoming legal over a swingarm and he mentioned something about windshields and wipers w/ squirters and all this bogus BS that would equal out to like 10 grand...then again when has anyone at a dealership told the truth
