Hello,

I have in my possession a 2006 Suzuki LT-R 450.

I end up with an injection problem:

The voltage (12v) that actuates the injector is at 12v but the problem is that once the connector plugged into the injector voltage (12v) disappears and does not exceed 1.5V. I think that the CDI must make calculations and put security.

Simple question: What prevents the injector from having the voltage going on once the connector plugs in?

Could you give me some advice or values to control to solve this problem?

Thanking you

cordially

Could be a shorted injector to ground or a voltage drop across the supply circuit to the injector. You could use a Power Probe to power the 12v circuit and connect the negative terminal to ground. The circuit breaker will "pop" if shorted.
