i havnt lowerd my ltr, but i always went with homemade. you can use 1/4 plate steel if you feel like, can make it adjustable, use bearings if you want...and its a lot less expensive than close to 200 for pieces of aluminum or steel that only cost like 5 bucks...and its really really easy to do

Hey man I run the CRJ rear lowering kit with mine. It is like $85....I have the front kit from CRJ but I don't recommend them....I put them on there till my Elka's get here....The best way to lower the front is new shocks about 2in. shorter than your stock shocks.....Here is a pic, when I get home I'll take a pic of the rear link 4 ya.....

I made my own rear link for the z400 and it works really well.
The LTR looks like it can be lowered from two different places on the rear ?
The Elka/Walsh/GT Thunder arms are dear as hell !
CFM Performance havent made one yet but the CRJ one isnt too bad.

It corners good, but you have no suspension....It is so stiff....It works alright but you have no adjustment to it....It is better just go ahead and wait and get a good pair of shocks!!!!

Im racing oval flat tack... So I dont really need much suspension.

Dude that is craziest thing I ever heard....You alway's need suspension!!!! We own a pretty big dirt car racing team and shocks and springs is all we mess with to get the car to do what we want.....If you get down to it thats all racing is....In every type of racing doesn't matter if it is motorcross, supermoto, TT, oval track payment or dirt.....Everybody stuggles with suspension.....But if you are looking for a fast easy way to lower the front that is the way to go.....I did it, till my shocks get here!!!!

All I need in a suspension for what Im doing is a stiff one... Since every turn I make is a left one, If its too soft in the front Im pullin the left rear wheel up. Stock is plenty good enough for right now...
