A very wise investment indeed...superb bit of treasure hunting there I might add... :D

Actually the one Junkie has is polished and Zooped and he was planning on fibering it. We worked out a deal and we are trading shields. Actually works out for both of us as Junkie has less material to take off of a stock shield before he fibers it.
AL.... Did he send you the extra bolt, spacer and instructions?
Very, very simple. The only reason I am asking is because you will need to move the brake-line "T" that is directly behind the stem.

When I installed mine.... Precision did not include the bolt and spacer. Jim was the only one I knew that had one installed on an LTR. He went out and measured for me (JUNKIE---- I STILL OWE YOU ONE). Just so happened I had a spacer and bolt the correct sizes.

I believe the spacer is 5/8" and the bolt was 2" -- (1 and 13/16 to be exact)

You will LOVE that thing.

Funny you should ask. I emailed Precision and they sent me the instructions via email. After reading the instructuios I called Precision and they are sending me the spacer and the bolt for FREE! :D

Precision said I could put some washers on there and a longer bolt but I opted for the spacer. Of course until they arrive I'm getting washers and a longer bolt so I can put that sucker on there.
That look purtty! I wish i had one, but my Denton will have to be fine for now.
I am jelous how did you get that thing for $300. I have been leaning towards buying a denton cause I really do not want to drop $500 on a stabalizer. $300 I could justify.
I have 2 stablizers in stock Brand new Less then $500.00 but more then $300.00

Bought it used.

I'd save up because from everyone I've talked to and all the research I've done on the net they are heads and shoulders above the shock type.

Just my .02 cents worth.
Well if you run across any more deals like that please pm me.

WOW...hows THAT for service???? ;)
Man! Talk about two SWEET deals in a row.

Speaking of good service. I was installing the Precision today, had everthing mocked up and lightly tightened down and was going to go to the hardware store to buy the spacer and longer bolt for the break line when my wife called me.

She said my spacer and bolt came in from Precision. Figure the odds. Man those guys are on the ball!
That was quick, you didn't even have to look for a one and mxquadracer found it.
AL you are awsome
[/b]
Not me brother. MxQuadRacer found that one for you. :D
