If there is ONE thing I have learned while hanging around Fuel..it's that Heims DO NOT belong on THAT end of the a-arm...unless you want to look like that guy on the opening of "Wide World of Sports"?...

No they dont. They are chromoly and look to be tig welded but the picture is kind of far away. As long as a-arms are jig made and welded. The lower mounts are spud style and fully gusseted, nice way to do it.

It was mostly because of the lower heim deal.

But you are a classic example of someone trying to better the ATV industry with your new found products. Think if they said the same to your fiber, rather then the reaction its gotten.

Thats the only point Im trying to make.

So what you are saying MORGAN is that just because the a-arms are made from chromoly, tig welded, and made in a jig that they are good? There is no way to know if those a-arms ar REALLY good or not without knowing the leverage ratios. They do not have adjustable castor, so what kinda castor are they set up to run? The LTR runs ALOT more castor then most bikes. I will tell you this ...... The leverage ratio with a 19 1/4 shock looks off too. Also i think by the swoop in those a-arms ..... done to accomodate a 19 1/4 shock .... they will not cycle out too well. Hey anyone can get some good metal and tig weld up some a-arms ...... THAT IS NOT WHAT MAKES A GOOD SET OF A-ARMS. There is alot more to building a set of a-arms. Maybe someone should buy them and give them a try? As for lower heims to mount the spindles ...... Spherical's yes OK, but not standard heims.
