Hang around until some of the dune rats pipe in, they could give you a much better indication on how their paddles workthx for the input, you guys really helped me make my decision. Even if I don't like the paddle, they are the cheapest of all tires so I can always get different ones later.

well if those are your two choices i wouldnt even pick the holeshots unless u get like HD's or the new GNC tires but if u just wanna use race holeshots i would buy the kendasI'm interested on what people think are better for the nasty terrain. Kenda's or holeshots???

4 ply will work fine in the desert. However just bring a "breakdown kit" with you. Always carry fix-a-flat in there. Even if you run 6 ply you run the chance of blowning out in the desert. Only sure way to ensure no flats are tire balls.I'm planning on getting Kenda Knarly which are 6ply for the rear
and the Kenda Klaw XC for the front which is only 4ply.
I'm not sure if Kenda makes a 6ply front, but do you guys think 4ply
is good enough for the front?
I plan on riding in the desert with rocks more than wooded areas.
