Installed my Yoshi exhaust today and what a difference in sound it is. I haven't had the time to go ride it at all, just let it run for a bit to burn some of the crap off and noticed it glowing red hot on the header while sitting at idle? I have read that people experience this right after riding, but this was at idle? WTF? Is this normal?

It happens more often at idle because there is no air flow over the exhaust (from riding) to cool it down.
If you smoke, it can come in handy when you forget a lighter. I have actually done it before and it works great!!
bottom line: It is normal.

Yeah after doing a bit more reading, found that alot of people experience this, so instead of having a glowing exhaust, I dropped it off yesterday to get ceramic coated
