[YFZ450 Blaster Racer]

Well i went riding today and when i wanted to go back on the track my starter just clicked. It's not a fast click, but it clicks once each time i push the button and was wondering if anybody else has had this happen.

sorry for the Captain Obvious here but... dead battery? it has to have a pretty good charge to kick over the starter and run all the electronics for the motor/EFI....

Yep, I'd charge that sucker overnight and try it in the morning to see if that's the problem.

Well i had that problem on my YFZ and it sounds like a totally different click, plus my dad used a car battery to see if it would start and it still clicked so we took apart the starter and there's a wire that wasn't connected to a bolt. I can't explain real well, but it looks like a sodering job broke apart.

solder that sucker and if that don't work charge the battery and report back to us....
