at how many rmps are db's meashured at the nationals and what is the db limit

Different motors require measurements to be taken at different RPM's. A 450r is taken at i believe 3750rpm and it is done with a DB meter devise that is set back a certain distance from the back of the bike off the exhaust tip. May even be at a certain angle too but not sure about that.
