We have discussed customer service a lot on this site. I would like to add another company to the A++ category. I bought my fronts and rears at different times. During that time the colors have changed a bit (from the company). They do not match at all. I pm'd Angie from Hiper on another site and told her my concerns. No questions asked, she is sending a complete new set of rings out to me at no charge. As we all know, there is not many companies out there like that. Props to Hiper.

Half the reason I'm willing to spend 660$ on a set of rims all-around is because of the people that work there...not only for the weight reduction and increase in strength/looks, but I'm a firm believer in supporting those who support you as well. GREAT company

About 3 years ago I called them about wheels for my Cannondale....they said they would call me back with the prices and everything in a day or two and sure enough they called back just like they said they would. I was very impressed by how they did what they actually said they would do.

You should have gotten 6 rings.... four 9 inch rings for the rear and two 10 inch rings for the front....

I actually have 11. 2 yellow and 9 blue. I don't have 9 in rears so I've got plenty o spares.
