Where we ice race is 9200 Ft short oval type track(1/8th) what i was wondering if the cherry bomb makes it too rich can i pull it off to lean it out. The bike is stock with just the 40 mod setup. I'm just not sure how much the FI system can adjust for the altitude due to the fact that I haven't been able to ride since april (shoulder injury Lifting weights at work a week after i bought it. ) or take it up into the mountains to test. So if anybody who has been over 9000ft let me know how it ran that would help too.

I took my LTR up to the mountains last weekend (5000-6000' ish) with the same basic mods that you have. About 20 minutes into the ride I noticed that it did not want to idle very well. Other than that and I few stalls, it seemed to perform well. The weekend before it ran well at my local riding spot (3000'). The only thing that changed between those two rides is elevation and gas. I'm still not sure what caused the problem.
You should also know that I have ridden in the mountains a couple of times before without the mods, and it ran great. I was also thinking of removing the CRBM to lean it up a bit. Although, if you were racing you may not want to do this since it will lower your rev limiter. Sorry, I probably didn't help answer your question. Just thought I would share my experiences.

Anyways, I'm getting a Trinity Stage IV system shortly so I will be changing my setup. :banadance:

Correct me if I am wrong but the EFI will change per atmopheric pressures. Meaning if you start it up the 1st time in the new elevation it will run like crap due to it being set for the lower elevations. After it has time to calabrate (by shuting it down for 3 secs) it will be ready for the new elevation. Thought thats how it works in the not too extreme elevation changes.

Well what i am trying to figure out is what are the systems limits. I guess I can wait till next year and run the pikes peak hill climb and see what 14000ft does to it  I just hope they will do the 450 class again
