I should have the Dyno tunning done on my bike Thursday. I will have a stock bore, stock piston, DASA pipe, PIM, Mild DASA spec web cams, Mild DASA porting, no air box lid, and Dyno tunned. As i have stated i went with mild cams and porting to keep reliability up. I am not a drag racer. I wanted good reliable HP that i can ride all day with no issues. So let the guessing begin..................

I'd guess 48 (w/ sandjunkie secretly holding his foot on the dyno), but will jump to 55 when he isn't playin' with you.

Do we have a dyno yet of a DASA pipe, no lid, CB, and PIM or other FI controller (less engine mods). I'm curious if the DASA pipe would gain or lose power if the lean conditions are corrected.

I threw in a vote for 56...would be a very solid number for such a reliable build, and I would be happy for you to see it. Not out of the question at all, should be interesting

I'm unplugged the AC at DASA so those guys will be too hot to work and just toss his bike out... :p

sh##...I can't remember what I guessed ....... this has been days ago ----

think I said 56 ---

BUT... I think you're biggest gain is going to be at the bottom --- up to 4-5k --- not peak Hp

Take the bottom of the HMF and top of the DASA dyno graphs -- put them together and then add about 10% to the entire line.

That's my hypothesis. :pep:

Well i Know the cams will add more through out the whole power band and more top end HP. He has tested these already. Then the Porting should be mid to top and then the Re-mapping will help it all the way through. So i just cannot wait to see the new graph with my mods now vs. pipe, cherry bomb and no lid. This is no high doller build. average joe deal. Man i am excited.
