Ehh ok...I wanted to take it out because I got some powermadds, but I cant manuver the brake and throttle assembly right to make the powermadd higher where I need it to be.

you could always put a very short screw in there just long enough to plug the hole.othe than that there is no need for it if you are not gonna limit the throttle
