like the title say I'm out of ideas. We eat everything Steak,chicken,fish, and pork. And since we BBQ at least 4 nights a week(cause I can't cook) it's gettin old.

Try this out, more meals coming

How to cook it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Season chicken w/ salt. pepper, paprika and chili powder.

3. Drizzle w/a little of olive oil to coat.

5. Pan cook, 5 minutes on each side

6. Heat a medium metal or oven safe glass bowl over low heat to melt butter

7. Add hot sauce to the butter and combine.

8. When the chicken breasts are done, remove from pan, add to bowl and coat evenly with the hot sauce butter mixture.

9. Place chicken on bun bottoms and top with lettuce.

10. Combine sour cream,scallions, and desired cheese, slather on bun tops.

11. Top sandwiches and serve.

Arrange stuffed potatoes, celery and carrot sticks for full plate and stomach.

OK heres a little story me and my friends did at a bbq a while back. We went and bought some burgers and some carne asada. The carne asada comes in a bag with that maranade/juice stuff. You can buy it by the bottle also. What we did is we got a pan and poured the juice until it filled the pan about 1/2". Then when the juice started boiling we pretty much fried the burgers in them. Sounds kinda stupid but damn they were really really good. A mix between a mexican/carne asada taste and the burgers so they had sort of a sweet taste to them. I guess its not really bbq because its on the stove but try it if you want.

Why would BBQ'ing raise the cholesterol of the food.

I don't put Barbeque sause on everything I just cook it on the BBQ if that what your gettin at.

Just a marinade for chicken or beef

1 Sliced onion
1 crushed garlic
1-lemon squeezed
black pepper
brown sugar
Soy sauce
vinager
beer

throw it all in some tupper ware with you meat and let sit in the fridge overnight till your ready to cook em

Its not the BBQ. Its all the food you BBQ. Mostly meats, which is high n fat. Not trying to be mean. Was just a lil jab n the ribs (hehe).

I see what your sayin. Thanks for the concern :D ,But I keep a really close eye on my food intake and eat a pretty well balanced diet. I just belive in gettin most the nutrients you need from food instead of having to take a bunch of supplement.

TEXAS TOMMIES

HOT DOG
1. cut it down the center
2. put some american cheese in it, Kraft is good
3. wrap in 2+ slices of bacon....mmmm bacon
4. deep fry it till its done
5. I like them with hot dog chili with some motzerella (i know i killed that) on top

Here's another recipe for good hot dogs

Hot to cook it!

1. Heat a medium skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

3. Brown and crumble beef.

4. Add Worcerstershire, onion, garlic, and chili powder; cook together for 5 minutes.

5. Add tomato sauce and reduce heat to low.

6. Boil franks in water ( about 5 minutes).

7. Drain and return pan to medium heat.

8. Score casings on hotdogs, melt butter in skillet and add hot sauce.

9. Add dogs to skillet, beef and crisping the casings in hot sauce and butter.

10. Preheat boiler, place dogs in buns and top w/ chili and lots of cheese

11 ENJOY!!!!!!!!!
