I'm sure that this has been talked about a few times. My fuel pump started leaking at the gasket between the plastic cap and aluminum housing. And like most of the fuel injection parts that leak with our bikes can't replace just the gasket.

Has anyone run across this and have a fix for it other than having to buy an entire fuel pump assy.

Mine leaks because I use AvGas, I have flipped the Oring to stop it from leaking, also have milled down the groove that it sits in to make a tighter seal.

I'm still pretty new to the LTR, and really haven't torn into the fuel pump, but I can't imagine you can't just get a new oring for it?!

Actually you can't just buy that o-ring you have to buy the entire pump but if you go to any hydraulic shop they use all kinds of different length sizes everything they should be able to hook you up
