The air pressure will vary greatly depending on setup etc. Did you try the 1-800-FOX-SHOX number?

I run 145 in the Evol, and 50 in the main. Some tracks I use more Some I use less.

A good rule of thumb is if the track is smooth and fast run more air pressure. Because it will prevent body roll and give you a more responsive ride. If the track is rough and choppy use a little less.

I rang Fox this morning and here are the figures they gave me
Evol 225
Main 37.5
Comp 5 click back from full
Rebound 10 clicks back from full

Those figures don't work to good good for me. I did some more testing last night and I think i got the fronts working awsome now
Evol 140-150
Main 40-50
Comp back from full 3 clicks
Rebound back from full 4 click
Waiting for a new rear spring to turn up for the rear and all will be good

I'm 95kgs which is about 210lbs I think. I asked them what spring rate they recomend for my weight and the told me it should have a 0275 rear spring in it but it had a 0250 wich is way to soft. So I ordered a 0300 that turned up yesterday but I won't get to test it untill next week now. I'll let you know the results.
P.S. I wish it had high and low speed comp

there is a big difference in evol pressure for the walsh arms and that 220 in the evol im sure was for the walsh arms. Stock arms call for around 160 for a 185 pound rider., Im having a problem with mine topping out and jerking when they do. If i grab my front bumper and lift it all the way up off the ground they have a jerk when they extend all the way, Can you help?
