MegaBomb

Has anyone tried the FMF MegaBomb? I am curious what your impressions were.. I have read a lot of reports on the internet and they all were very positive..

Well, the power bomb did absolutly nothing so i expect more of the same from the mega bomb. To me, personally, i think its more marketing than anything else.

This is what I have heard in the rumor camp. I was at a friends racing shop (you figure out who) and the guy running the dyno told me that he had personally talked to the engineer at FMF who invented that thing. He said the engineer was pretty straight up since he knows him on a personal level and was tols that it works...BUT..the dyno guy was going to run it anyways just to make sure. I'll ask again this week when I stop by there...

My 2 cents...side note?...I DO like the brackets on the FMF muffler though...pretty sweet...

Junkie your .02 are worth gold around here Interesting what the engineer had to say hehe..

Yea from what I read it seems to improve low end a good bit.. I also read that you need the full FMF setup because the "bomb" portion is tuned for exhaust length etc..
